Rolando D’Lugo is the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of the up and coming rock band, ROLA. Before joining ROLA Rolando worked as an actor in a couple of TV movies aired in Puerto Rico and released a solo album that featured the guitar work of Bruce Kulick (KISS guitarist ‘84 – ‘96).
